2020 Educator of Note Applications Deadline Approaching

Do you know an educator in a public or private school, college or studio who demonstrates a commitment to music education? Does this person play an active role in the community and have a significant impact on the lives of music students of all backgrounds and abilities? Is he or she exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable, skilled, and respected by students, colleagues, and parents as well as the community?

The Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame wants to know!

Each year, since 2007, the Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame has presented the Music Educator of Note Award to individuals who go above and beyond for their students.

2020 Nominations are Now Open

To nominate an individual for the Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame’s Educator of Note, please download the Educator of Note application or contact Tom Needham, LIMHOF’s Education Advisory Board chairman, at education@limusichalloffame.org. Nominations for 2020 must be postmarked by September 30th.
